What is your name and where are you from?
My name is Enrico Malintoppi and I am half Italian and half Romanian.
What is it like studying at Instituto Marangoni?
Being a fashion student is totally different from being a normal student. In comparison with other universities, at Instituto Marangoni we put everything we learn into practice. This school prepares us to have an important future in the fashion world.
What advice can you give to an international student thinking of studying in London?
My advice for living in London is to use apps for travelling. You should also change your driving license to an English one, because it can be an important identification card.
How do you spend a typical weekend in London?
On Friday and Saturday night I go to the city to have fun with friends, but during the day I go out to eat in Italian restaurants and visit things like stadiums, art galleries and museums.
Where did you go on the last trip you took?
My last trip was with my best friends to the Amalfi Coast in Italy. It was amazing.
What do you think the next great fashion trend will be?
In my opinion, the next great trend will be to wear clothes created by celebrities, like Cristiano Ronaldo’s forthcoming denim line. William Murray’s golf line is a quirky collection of patterned polos and funky trousers.

I really like these two brothers, Dan and Dean Caten, who have created the dsquared2 brand.
